At HR Passport we start by discussing with you over the phone the specific job opening or the professional field you are interested in and we send you a short questionnaire about your goals. Having received your CV and answers, we design targeted questions and role plays, in order to prepare for a tailor-made interview, matching the standards and challenges we will be asked to meet.

The next step is the actual interview*. We firstly ask you to fill-in a psychometric test and then we conduct a 1-hour interview which is simultaneously videotaped. We were the first to launch in the Greek market this method – which is widely used abroad- because we strongly believe in the power of the image as a learning tool. We remain the only ones using this method because the debrief of the videotaped interview is a very demanding procedure, requiring both excellent coaching and interviewing skills.

While analyzing and discussing the videotaped interview, a process that lasts for 2,5 hours, we identify your strengths and areas for improvement, help you build smartly your personal marketing strategy and guide you on your next career steps.

After the completion of the process, we send to you via email the results of the psychometric test and a detailed report of your performance at the interview. We remain at your disposal for guidance over the phone for a period of 6 months.

*If you live in the countryside or abroad, we work together over the phone or via Skype for both the interview and the debrief.
