The InPlacement service derives from our experience in career coaching and personal/organizational change management. Initially, we focus on managing the emotions evolving from the drastic change. Individual coaching sessions aim at clarifying feelings, appraising the personal and professional path so far, exploring values and dreams and setting new objectives.

In the next stage comes the equipment with the necessary self-marketing tools, like a solid CV, interview preparation with simultaneous videotaping, job search methods and social networking tips.

When the time comes to implement with self-confidence and strategic thinking the individual action plan, we remain in close communication, in order to discuss the progress towards the new goals and possible challenges and to revise the plan, when needed.
