As our career progresses, we face more challenges every day. Technical expertise does not suffice; many other competencies become essential, such as team management, strategic and business thinking, networking skills inside and outside the workplace, stress management, work-life balance, as well as effective time management to accomplish all of the above... Due to the inherent interaction within systems, individual challenges transform into group challenges, affecting the course and goals of the entire organization.
How can executive coaching act as a catalyst in meeting these challenges?
First, we need to clarify that -unlike consulting- coaching will not present you with specific, ready-to-apply solutions. Based on the philosophy "we learn to fish, not just to eat fish!" the role of coaching is to help you identify your strengths and blockages; to support you in developing the right solutions for you; to assist you in planning short- and long-term actions with self-confidence and strategy. Although coaching draws on the methodology of psychology-psychotherapy, it is oriented to direct action, to the "here and now".
As a result, in a targeted and direct way, executive coaching:
