At HR Passport we focus on the personality of each pupil and guide him/her through coaching, creative exercises, play and dialogue to realize his/her true interests and talents! We use psychometric tests, but only as a complementary tool; our experience has led as to be cautious with strict categorization and mechanistic match patterns. We strongly believe that 1+1 does not necessarily equal 2, when it comes to important life decisions.

Putting into practice our philosophy Dream, plan, act! we conduct individual coaching sessions with the pupil, in order to understand his/her personality and identify together his/her wishes and goals, while building self-confidence and strategic thinking. At the same time we schedule a coaching session also with the parents.

At the end, in order to create the appropriate action plan, we meet all together. After the end of the career orientation programme we remain in contact, so as to discuss the course of actions and act as your teammates, when required.

If you are interested as a school in career orientation, we can design together a programme which will combine group workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions with the pupils.
